Order Processing Time
Items in stock should ship within 2 business days and arrive 3-5 business days after that. Custom orders will need to wait for items to get printed first before shipping directly to the customer. You will be notified by email when the order has shipped.
If you are local to Atlanta, customers have the option of an in-studio pickup to avoid shipping costs. The studio is located in East Point, GA and operates from 9am-3pm Monday-Friday. To schedule an in-studio pickup, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All other domestic orders ship by the cheapest shipping option that protects what you have ordered appropriately. Shipping prices depend on your zip code and the product. The higher quantities of a product you order, the cheaper the shipping is per order.
We ship internationally, as long as the customer is comfortable with paying international shipping costs. We will ship at the cheapest shipping option that protects what you have ordered appropriately.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition and will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will ship another order out to you as soon as possible, noting that if an item was the last in stock, we will have to order another batch before sending it back to you.
